The Otho Register provides its services in Registering and accepting any type of Vessel or Marine Structure. Our managed Flag as member of the International Maritime Organisation and the International Labour Organisation, It has ratified several International Conventions.
We permit registration of vessels under construction, new buildings and Change of flags. It permits registration of vessels involved in international, coastal or domestic trading as well as all types of off-shore vessels and vessels in lay-up.
Seafarers Certification
Seafarer’s identity documents provided by the flag state for travel to or from an assigned vessel. It also provide the continuous record of the seafarers while he /she is onboard a ship. The special qualification certificates, specify the particular category or rating which the holder is qualified to serve.
Each person serving onboard of the vessel, shall have this document. An officer or rating may be of any nationality can apply for a continuous Discharge Certificate/Seaman Book.

Otho Register has Recognized Organization (RO), carry out statutory inspections and certifications on behalf of Flag Administrations, verifying compliance with International Conventions such as SOLAS, LOAD LINES, MARPOL, AFS, TONNAGE, etc, and International Codes like ISM, ISPS, IMSBC, IMDG, IBC(for Chemical Tankers), IGC(for Gas Carriers), NOx, LSA, FSS, and others.
